Our bread is produced with human health and nutrition in mind. Our ingredients are carefully selected. That fact alone sets is apart from most other bakeries. This improves the taste and quality of the products we make.

We do have up to 5 different sizes available. Whenever you place your order you may specify your preferred size.

Your order quantity will depend on your location and your customer base. All you need do is to make your order quantity known 24hours before you need it.

You can visit the bakery to place your order especially when it is your first order. Subsequent orders can be placed remotely. All you need do is to contact our customer service. We are accessible during business hours, and you do not need to make an appointment in order to enjoy our products.

We are a full-service bakery currently focused on bread production. Other bakery products will be introduced in due course.

No! Those photographs are merely examples of our bread shapes and sizes. Please feel free to email over any inspirational designs, shapes or sizes you may find through other sites.

We do not guarantee your specific colour but we work hard to create a colour that closely resembles the colours you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph.

We can work with your recipe and deliver to you specifically. However, that will require some level of business agreements including quantity and pricing.

It is doable once we are able to agree on the terms.

If paid in full, a 75% refund or a 100% store credit will be issued for any cancellations that are made 72 hours before the date of a customer’s order. If there was only a deposit placed on the order, a store credit will be given of the deposit amount. We do not refund any portion of the purchase price for orders canceled less than 72 hours before the due date and time.

We rarely hear complaints about our products. If you have concerns about a purchase, please kindly return the product to us on the next business day following your purchase. We do not offer refunds on returned products but may work with you on a store credit or product exchange.

We recommend ordering at least 24hours in advance. You may need to place your order like a week before a festive season or a period where a surge in sales is envisaged. Please feel free to contact us. If we are at maximum capacity, we may be able to offer you a special arrangement to meet your demand.
